Ramsgate "Loveable Rogue" not as "Loveable" to fans !!
The League one 1st Div Season is well and truely off to a flying start!!
It seems handbags at dawn for Ramsgate FC and underfire manager Steve Vicary feeling the pressure during his recent press conference which led to him throwing a half eaten Greggs vegan sausage roll at a camera man and swearing when asked about the security of his position at the club. Ramsgate have struggled so far this season with constant changes in tactics, a new club vegan diet and the players not really knowing what they have to do on the pitch, sparking rumours of key players seeking possible transfers away from the club. Key Ramsgate midfield dynamo Philip Witte has been seen having lunch with much loved Woodford Manager Jack "The Ferret" Buckley, provoking outrage amongst fans who are scared of losing their best player. Pressure will be rising on Vicary tonight as they have a real tough test against a Leyton Orient side who are chasing promotion.
The lovable rogue will have to pull much more than a vegan sausage roll out the hat to win the next match, the fans love and secure his teams position in the league. So far Vicary’s reign has only warranted 1.58 steves out of 10.

In other news:

The Manchester Devils host an inspired Woodford United side looking to cause an upset.

Wrexham Blues hope to avoid more dissapointment against the Swindon Robins.

London Spurs travel to Scunthope Iron in what promises to be a tough match-up with both teams loking to climb into better league positions.

The unbeaten Ewood Rovers host Eastbourne FC to further the gap at the top of the league.

With Preston Lillywhites hosting the West Hammers.

Woodford United Smashes it Again !!
Woodford United Smash it again. Under new Manager Jack Buckley ( The Ferret ) it seems nothing can stop this young Gun from slaying the rest of the teams. Woodford United AKA the SPARTANS seem to be unstoppable. Is there no one else out here that can beat them ?

Nibble Nibble
Breaking News Ramsgate F.C cant take the blatent loss against the up and coming woodford football team who showed them up as to be as good as the Grasshoppers. Rumour has it the football manager for Ramsgate F.C is currently drowning his sorrows and is thinking of taking up baking instead of managing a football team. Whilst the young good looking bad boy manager Jack Buckley is basking in Glory as it appears nothing Can stop his Team they have been nick named the SPARTANS because of there pure power and skill on the Pitch.

Woodford prove to strong for Ramsgate
The new League 1 Div one season kicked off with a bang this weekend! New managers Jack Buckley and Steve Vicary locked horns in what what prove to be a tight match that the Woodford would later steal with two quickfire goals in the later stages of the match. Ramsgate took the lead in the 12th minute through Logan Bridges but this would not last, due to stale tactics by the manager Vicary, Woodford found an opening in the 81st minute with Broderick smashing home an absolute worldie from outside the box. Completely shell shocked by this, Ramsgate crumbled under an intense two minutes of pressure inspired by some great tactical changes by Woodford manager Buckley when Catrall finished what was a fantstic team goal that could have been only engineered on the training pitch. After the game manager Buckley said "Im proud of the players and the spirit they showed, i cant wait for the next game old son!" Meanwhile Ramsgate fans were severly dissapointed with loud boos being heard all around the stadium and some chants of Vicary out.

Manchester Devils won 2:0 against Scunthorpe Iron
Division favorites Ewood Rovers won 1:0 away to Wrexham Blues
Woking Cardinals won 4:1 against the Hereford Whites

Devils shoot down the Spurs
Manchester Devils started their pre season with a fantastic 2-1 win against London Spurs on Thursday night.
Spurs started brightly on this cold Thursday evening with a fantastic worked goal by youth superstar Edward Callahan but failed to really add much more attacking threat after a well worked Devils equaliser punched the wind out of the London clubs sails. Despite Spurs enjoying a larger portion of possession a late second half goal by fan favorite Hiliard put the game out of the Spurs reach after some great exchanges involving Alcazar and Simpson in the centre of midfield released the hitman to beat the goalkeeper from outside the box.
Manager David Squire was delighted with the result saying "This was a game we were expected to lose given last seasons results, and im delighted the team proved exactly what they can do when playing free flowing attacking football", " I am looking forward to next season and with the addition of some youth and new additions, i believe we can mount a serious title challenge this year.

Invincible Ewood!!
Last nights game of the night came from League one runaway leaders Ewood Rovers who put six past a Scunthorpe Iron side chasing a top half league finish. A host of team goals and a Brace from Davonport sealed an easy 6:0 win for Ewood.
London Spurs and Pompey FC shared the spoils in a 2:2 stalemate that could see both teams missing out on a top four finish and easing the pressure off position rivals Manchester Devils and West Hammers who both won their games (3:0) and (3:1) to pull away from the pack.
Leyton Orient refuse to give up the chase for the title with a 2:1 win over Southend.
Woodford put three past Wrexham Blues and continue to impress under Buckley.
While a up turn in fortunes for Vicary’s Ramsgate saw them draw to a strong Eastbourne side at home.

Rampant Devils school Woodford!!
Who said Mondays were dull !
Tonight we were treated to some fantastic games of football with a total of 36 goals scored in some absolutely thrilling matches!
Manchester Devils proved to slick for a shell shocked Woodford United who put 9 past Jack Buckleys side in a match that could have proved difficult with the Spartans proving to be a tough side to breakdown in recent fixtures, The Devils showed pure class in midfield leaving the Woodford players chasing their tails for most the game and suffering their worst defeat under manager Buckley. Manager Squire was thrilled with the result saying Buckley is doing good things at Woodford, but today Proved that when we are up for it we can so some serious damage, Im proud of the lads and of the result.

A 1:1 stalemate at Wrexham Blues leave Swindon Robins floating in the mid table pack causing manager Sam Dell to throw in the towel. Dells last statement read Im not cut out for this football management bizz geezzz, think Im going to stick to managing under 7s.

Woking Cardinals continue to apply pressure to the title race with another solid 2:1 win against Southend.

Wayne Henleys London Spurs brushed aside Scunthorpe Iron with a 2:0 win in what seems to be an exciting close battle for fourth place. Goals from Van puymbrouck and Williamson sealed a solid win for the Spurs.

League leaders Ewood Rovers once again proved to strong as they continue to turn over team after team in what appears to be a one horse race with Eastbourne the latest victims of a 2:0 result, Leaving Manager Cam McKay just smiling for the cameras and waving to the singing Rovers fans.

New Pompey manager Jamie Dennis started life at the blues with a solid 3:0 win brushing aside Hereford Whites in a masterclass of counter attacking football, two goals from Valentine and a second half game sealer from Bloomfield downed the whites in what seems to be a tough run for the Hereford side.

Preston Lillywhites proved to difficult for West Hammers to breakdown in what manager Howson will probably see as a missed opportunity to escape the pack in a frustrating 2:2 draw. Manger Howson obviously feeling the effects of his idol Andy Murrray announcing his retirement and those vibes having a negative vibe on his team.

Finally another disappointing result for League One freefallers Ramsgate FC who just cant catch a break meeting an inspired Leyton Orient at probably the wrong time and suffering a 3:0 loss on the road to a side who are odds on favourite for promotion.

Echoes of Trump at Ramsgate Press Conference
During today’s press conference Ramsgate F.C. manager Steve Vicary responded to questions about an article posted on Football Today earlier.
The rookie manager had the voice and confidence of a sharp tongued managing veteran when he launched in to an unprecedented attack on "An error laden article of fake news, by some tin pot muscle head reporter who has nothing better to do with his day" when addressing the biased reporting of the match between Ramsgate FC and Woodford United.
Vicary was staunch in his assessment that Woodford had set out to "Park the Bus for 80 minutes due to being over awed of the attacking prowess available to Ramsgate FC. He proceeded to comment that" the stats don’t lie, they had less possession, parked the bus, launched route one balls throughout the game, taking shots on sight and got lucky in the process and If they continue to play in such manner then they will be prime candidates for relegation"
The visibly seething Vicary continued with a defence of his team, the way they played and once again addressed the inaccuracies and fake news in the original article. He made it clear in no uncertain terms that Ramsgate fans are "passionate knowledgeable fans, who were certainly not calling for a manager’s head after one match and were in fact chanting "blueesss" and not boos as the Mutt and Jeff, original reporter had stated."
The loveable rogue Vicary, finished by offering to pay for a hearing and eye test for the original reporter and stated how eagerly the Ramsgate FC staff and players were looking forward to bouncing back with a win in tonight’s game.
